If you are a new member, you will attend a Volunteer Induction Session which prepares you to volunteer and learn more about the Red Cross Movement and our services. You will get to meet other new members too!
Anyone can volunteer. It doesn’t matter what your skills, experience or background are, or how much time you can give. Some volunteer work can even be done from home, at your own pace!
If you would like to be more involved with Singapore Red Cross and experience the power of humanity, sign up to be a member! Membership to Singapore Red Cross is open to anyone who adheres to the principles of Red Cross Movement and the Constitution of Singapore Red Cross Society. Members have the responsibility of ensuring a well functioning society by serving in various capacities within the Council, operating committees, and/or advisory panels.
Members/volunteers will be invited to attend Volunteer Induction in order to be equipped with the knowledge of the Red Cross Movement to serve the community with confidence and professionalism. No fees are required for this training.
The Singapore Red Cross also offers memberships to volunteers and members of the public who wish to officially become a part of the SRC society.
Until December 2019, Members get to enjoy a 20% discount off “Standard First Aid + AED” and “Psychological First Aid + AED” courses at the Singapore Red Cross Academy. (Terms and conditions apply)

Anyone aged 9 to 35 will automatically be given Youth Membership upon registering as a volunteer with the Singapore Red Cross.
For those 18 years old and above, Ordinary Membership is optional
